It is not a deposit on a venue — it is a planner-built shortlist plus a call, and the ¥1,288 is credited toward your planning package when you book.

How it works
- You answer a short quiz about region, guest count, budget, season, and the day you want — including whether your date needs to be auspicious and how much English support you need.
- Sunny matches China venues to your brief and sends the shortlist, each with capacity and real detail.
- You walk through the shortlist with Sunny on a one-to-one call and check availability on your top picks.
Where we work
Sanya and Hainan, Yunnan (Dali and Lijiang), Guilin and Yangshuo, Jiangnan (Hangzhou and Suzhou), Shanghai, and Beijing and the Great Wall.
Your planner
Your planner is Sunny, EverVows' planner for China. She works these regions in person and will only put forward venues she can stand behind.
The guarantee
If we can't find venues that match your brief, you get the full fee back. No questions. Matched to your guest count, your style and your date window — not venues we'd suggest.
Common questions
- How are the venues vetted?
- Sunny works these regions in person and only puts forward venues she can stand behind. We never recommend one we haven't walked through ourselves.
- Can we legally get married in China?
- If one of you is a Chinese citizen, mainland registration is open to you and your planner confirms the documents and civil-affairs steps alongside the venue search. If neither of you is, it isn't available — most couples hold the ceremony in China and register at home or in Hong Kong, and you'll be walked through both routes rather than finding out late.
- We need an auspicious date. Can you work around that?
- Yes — and it changes the order of the search. Your planner leads with lunar-calendar dates rather than venue availability, and steers around Golden Week and Chinese New Year, when venues and travel both spike.
- Will language be a problem?
- It's one of the questions the quiz asks, and your answer shapes the shortlist. If you need it, your matched venues are ones with English-speaking coordination on site — not ones where every detail routes through a translator.
- When do I get my shortlist?
- Sunny builds it by hand once your brief is in, and we'll confirm your timeline by email. Reviewed personally by her — not auto-generated.
