One planner per country.
Is it you?
What arrives is a brief we have already read and a video call already booked — not a form sent to fifty planners at once. You quote your own fee, at your own rates.
One per country
No bidding against other planners.
Couples with a brief
Date, guests, budget and style.
Pay only on results
20% of your fee, after the deposit.
One planner, or one of fifty.
You. One planner in your country.
A list of fifty, sorted by who paid.
Nothing. No listing fee, no signing fee.
A listing fee, upfront, every year.
20% of your fee, after the couple's deposit reaches you.
Before a single enquiry arrives.
A brief we have read, and a video call already booked.
A form, sent to everyone at once.
No one else in your country.
Everyone who paid.
What actually arrives
- i
The couple writes a brief
Date, guest count, budget and style — settled before you ever speak to them.
- ii
We read it, and drop what doesn't fit
Not every brief reaches a planner. The ones that do have been read by a person, not scored by a filter.
- iii
We book the video call and introduce you by name
Within one working day of the brief arriving, by email, with the brief attached and the call being set up.
- iv
You quote your own fee, at your own rates
Your contract is with the couple. EverVows is not a party to it.
Who this is for, and who it isn't
Apply if
- —You do full planning, not day-of coordination alone.
- —Your couples fly in — they don't live in the country they're marrying in.
- —You have stood inside the venues you recommend.
- —You have capacity 12 to 24 months out.
Don't, if
- —You take day-of coordination only.
- —You want to be listed somewhere and left alone.
- —You would price our couples differently from your direct ones.
- —You would hand the first call to an assistant.
What we ask of you
Seven of them, on a page asking you to apply. We would rather you read them now than find them on the call.
The seven checks
You have walked the venues you recommend, and you can answer the things that decide a day and appear on no venue's website — the guest minimum, the curfew, what the quoted price leaves out, how long the drive from the airport really is.
You run the call
You, or a named member of your team. Not an assistant on the first call, and not on the wedding day.
Rate parity
An EverVows couple pays what a couple coming to you direct pays. No surcharge, and no direct-booking discount that undercuts us. This is a condition of the partnership, not a preference.
Something publishable each month
By the 5th: ten photos and three vertical clips from real weddings you planned, with the couple's and the photographer's permission, plus one local insight. Real weddings only — no stock, no AI images, no one else's work. A missed month is a conversation at the quarterly review, not a tripwire.
A reply within one working day
To referred couples, every time — not only the first message — and a short update to us within a working day of each call.
Non-circumvention, 24 months
A couple we introduce stays an EverVows referral for 24 months from the intro, even if they later reach you another way. If a booking happens around us, the commission is still owed in full.
Thirty days' notice, either side
Couples already introduced stay with you, and commission still applies to them for the rest of the 24-month period.
Three corridors, three planners.
That is the whole roster. We are early, and we are not going to describe ourselves as anything else.
Based in Lisbon. She asks each venue about your date herself.
Based in Bali. She reads the brief and takes the call.
Twelve years planning weddings, ten of them independent.

Eight questions
Nothing to join. No listing fee, no signing fee, no retainer. We are paid 20% of your planner fee — your planning fee only, not the wedding budget and not vendor costs — and only after the couple's deposit has reached you.
You tell us within two working days of receiving the couple's deposit, with the signed planner fee. We invoice 20%, due within 14 days. The commission is locked to the fee in the signed contract: if the couple later adds services and your fee rises, the extra is yours.
We are not going to give you a number. We are early, and any figure we quoted would be a guess wearing the clothes of a forecast — you would plan around it and we would have made it up. What we will commit to is the handling: every brief that fits your country reaches you within one working day of arriving, with the call being booked.
One planner per country, and you are our lead planner for yours. We do not publish an open list, and we never put two planners in the same country into a bidding situation. The honest limit: if you cannot take a particular wedding, we may introduce that couple to another planner for that wedding only. Your position as lead planner does not change.
No — and that is the point of rate parity. You charge an EverVows couple exactly what you charge a couple who finds you direct. What you may not do is discount direct bookings to undercut the referral.
You do. The contract is between you and the couple; EverVows is not a party to it. We stay CC'd on emails with a referred couple from the intro until the wedding day, and our number goes in the WhatsApp group if the couple moves there — we introduced you, and their experience reflects on both of us.
A couple we introduce stays an EverVows referral for 24 months from the intro, whatever route they take afterwards, and the commission is still owed. If a couple tells you they had found you before we introduced them, tell us at the intro stage — before the first call, not after a booking.
We read every application ourselves. If you are a fit, we email you a link to book a video call, and you will get the full application questions before it. Every planner is interviewed on video, and we say no to most.
