What is the €500 offer?
For a one-time payment of €500, EverVows' Founding Planner for Portugal, Mafalda Rodrigues, personally matches you a shortlist of wedding venues and checks each one against your brief — guest minimum, curfew, what the price includes and what it bills separately, whether it holds your whole day, closures and restricted dates, where your guests sleep, and the real drive from your guests' airport. She contacts the venues directly, so you also get real pricing for your date and availability confirmed for it, and she adds a note on every venue she puts forward explaining why that one, for you. She then walks through all of it with you on a one-to-one call. It is not a deposit on a venue and it is not a contracted quote — the venue issues that once you have chosen — and the €500 is credited toward your planning package when you book.

How it works
- You answer a short, two-minute quiz about guest count, budget, season, and the day you want.
- Mafalda matches Portugal venues to your brief and checks each one, with the specific reason — a number, a date, or a rule — attached to every venue she rules out.
- She contacts the venues that clear those checks for real pricing at your guest count and confirmation that your date is open.
- You walk through the dossier with Mafalda on a one-to-one call, including what each venue includes, what it bills separately, and which one she'd pick if it were hers. The planner keeps the whole fee and it is already paid, so it is not a sales call.
We confirm availability for your date; we cannot hold it. Mafalda asks each venue about your specific date and reports what they said — open, gone, or restricted by a closure or a calendar published nowhere. Holding is a different thing: no venue in Portugal reserves a date before a contract exists. The formal contracted quote also comes from the venue itself, once you know which one is yours.

- We confirm it; we can't hold it. Mafalda asks each venue about your date and reports what they said — open, gone, or restricted by a calendar published nowhere — but no venue in Portugal reserves a date before a contract exists.
- How are the venues checked?
- Every venue on our shortlist has been visited in person by Mafalda or one of our Portugal scouts. Each is then checked against your brief on all seven counts — guest minimum, curfew, what the price includes, whole-day access, closures, where your guests sleep, and the real drive from the airport.
- What isn't included?
- Negotiating with the venue, managing that relationship, or taking you to a signed contract — that's a separate service. The venue issues the formal quote once you've chosen.
- When do I hear back?
- We reply within 48 hours. Your dossier follows once Mafalda has checked every venue and heard back from them on your date — there's no clock on that, and there shouldn't be.
